Inform Software recently relocated its North American headquarters to 4,000 square feet at Suite 310, 1050 Crown Pointe Parkway, in the two-building Crown Pointe office complex in Dunwoody in the Central Perimeter. The move doubled the size of its most recent space at the Silhouette building, 1447 Peachtree St. NE in Midtown Atlanta.
The company has plenty of opportunity to grow within the corporate complex as needed, Inform Software Chief Operating Officer Justin Newell said.
“We are specifically using the space for a collaboration space that houses our consultants, project management, customer support and business development activities. This location is key with major corporations like State Farm, Cox Automotive, Mercedes-Benz USA, VM Ware, UPS and many more,” Newell said via email to Atlanta Business Chronicle. “Sandy Springs is one of the fastest growing areas of Atlanta. This location provides excellent proximity to our customers in North America in the aviation and automotive space.”
The company has 12 employees operating out of the Atlanta office currently, with plans to increase by 5-10 once the economy opens up, Newell said.
“Thereafter, we anticipate growth in certain vertical markets that could result in our doubling, if not tripling our staff in certain divisions, bringing our staff to potentially 15 to 30 people over the next few years. We also have extended workforce coming from our colleagues who travel back and forth between our North American headquarters in Atlanta and other offices in the U.S., as well as our large campus in Germany,” he said. “Our positions are primarily technical in nature with project delivery and support consultants in aviation, automotive, supply chain, transportation and logistics, manufacturing, construction materials and other verticals.”
Inform Software provides artificial intelligence and optimization software that helps major corporations strategize workforce and asset management and digitize their daily operations and supply chain. Inform entered the North American market in 1989 in Illinois near United Airlines, with a large focus on the aviation industry. It relocated to Atlanta and has broadened its reach to automotive original equipment manufacturers, business intelligence, construction materials, port terminal management, supply chain, and financial risk and fraud.
More than 1,000 companies in more than 40 countries run Inform software systems. They are supported 24/7 from Aachen, Germany, and Inform Software Corp. in Atlanta and Sydney, Australia.
Client companies include Delta Air Lines Inc., Exide Technologies, First Data, and Gate Gourmet.
Inform Software started the Crown Pointe buildout in January-February and had its first major customer event in mid-March, just as the Covid-19 pandemic hit.
